MISSION
We are middle class Americans helping others fight foreclosure. The government has allowed the banksters to engage in predatory lending for over a decade. Millions of homeowners have lost their homes to foreclosure, and millions more will face foreclosure in the years ahead.
There have been no criminal prosecutions for the banksters' unethical, illegal tactics involving wrongful foreclosures and we will continue to report this issue since the main stream media (MSM) has decided this is not an important, newsworthy issue.
The banksters are in control of this country and have demonstrated complete disregard for the middle class. They have brought the economy to its knees, destroyed the housing market, and left this country in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
We, the middle class of the United States of America, will not tolerate the abuse of the judicial system.
We will not rely on MSM (main stream media) to report the injustices and will continue to expose the crooks and fraud resulting in the Great American Heist.
Playing with home loans on the stock market (securitization) MUST stop.
Banksters/foreclosure mills filing fraudulent documents MUST stop.
It only takes one person to make a difference. Imagine what a group can do? Will you join us today and make a difference?
WELCOME!

This is a very basic set of rules to follow here at beingmiddleclass.org.
Words of wisdom - this is a forum that works best when members exchange helpful information and participate in the discussions.
If you only come here to post asking for help but have not participated, don't expect to get advice.
The best way to get help is to be a part of the forum and participate by sharing your knowledge or experience, posting on several threads or stories BEFORE asking for help. It is not difficult to find news related to the variety of topics/forums. Please give back to this community and we will do everything we can to help you.
IMPORTANT - Copyright violations. Posts that contain the text of an entire book, article, graphic, picture, video, or blog post without the author's express permission is a copyright violation. You may post small excerpts of these items, with a link to the original page containing the text. Please don't post an entire article, just post the first few paragraphs with a link to the original article.
1. Be respectful and considerate to other members.
2. No adult content. Keep it PG rated. Due to the nature of the main issue here, fighting banksters, we understand the occasional F word (this time not FICO) is necessary to get the point across. However, we respectfully request you do not abuse the use of the F word. Sexual innuendos are highly discouraged.
3. If a member here attacks you, report the post and walk away from it. Retaliation will also result in an infraction.
4. Think before you post and ask yourself if a member on the forum will find your post offensive. If they think they will find it offensive, DON'T POST IT.
5. Only one username for each member. If you attempt to create two users, your accounts will be terminated.
6. No harassment or personal attacks of forum members in any way.
7. Any "trolls" will be banned. A troll is someone who posts simply to cause trouble.
8. Keep personal information about others confidential. There are many reasons people here choose to remain anonymous. If you know the identity of someone and out them, you will be banished into the internet blogosphere and there is a good chance your personal identity will be revealed as well.
9. You agree to our Terms of Service.
Any violation of these rules will lead to an infraction, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
We are not attempting to censor any messages, but remember that this is a public and moderated discussion forum. We want to preserve the spirit of an open and interactive discussion without offending participants. This means that we reserve the right to remove any inappropriate messages, or to lock a thread.
Report a post - Typically moderation occurs when the “report a post” feature is used by a member or when a moderator is browsing their respective forums. If you see a post or thread that is offensive, please click on the report a post icon. If you do not tell us about it, there is no way to be sure we will see it. Taking on an issue by attacking a poster is not the proper action and may result in your post being reported by another member who may find that response offensive. Please report the issues and let the moderating team deal with the issue.
Prohibited Posts - Vulgarity, profanity, obscenities, and lewdness. Please keep the open forums clean. The open forums consist of all forums. Words, or derivations and slang terms, for referencing genitalia, regardless of use or context, are prohibited as well. If in doubt, do not use the word or phrase. If you are unable to participate here in a mature and socially acceptable way you will be asked to leave.
Prohibited words. You'll know what they are when you type them and it comes out with *******.
Off-topic posts.Any post that is either irrelevant to the topic of discussion or forum, is classified as spam.
Intentional post count raising. Posting comments just to raise your post count is considered as spam. A common instance of this is replying to questions that have already been answered, repeating answers or using oneliners that do not help anyone but you.
Racial, homosexual, and sexual slurs. Not allowed.
Advertising. We don't mind you advertising your own website or services. A word of wisdom here, if your first post promotes your business, don't bother. Not only will your post be deleted, you will be banned. As part of the middle class, we encourage you to post your services here.
Is there anything that can get me banned from the site permanently?
Yes.
Attacking another member.
Mean, hateful posts that do nothing but intimidate or hurt someone else.
Posting one liners that mean nothing to anyone but you in an attempt to get your post count up.
Revealing the identity of any member.
